Adding an ice pack is critical to ensure safe arrival of live insects during the hot temperatures that Summer brings. 
SUMMER 2024 UPDATE: Ice packs are REQUIRED to be added to your order in order to be eligible for Symton's Live Arrival Guarantee.
Our ice packs last 4-7 times longer than ice, and does not 'sweat' or produce any excess liquid in transit as it thaws. They are non-slimy, non-toxic, food-safe, and environmentally friendly, not to mention reusable and stay frozen for an extended period of time. 
For larger orders, consider adding between 2-8 ice packs to ensure safe delivery in heat.
